Independent director of short films, documentaries, and video art. Her short films have been selected for several international festivals such as Sundance and Montreal.​ Their short film "Espacio Moneda" won the best documentary short film award at the Mecal festival in Santiago, Chile.

She has worked on countless feature films and advertising as a script supervisor in Venezuela, Mexico, and Chile. ​​She directed many TV documentaries in Venezuela. Among her achievements is the creation of the Caracas Documentary Festival (Caracas Doc). In Santiago, she was the production manager for the Instituto Profesional ARCOS Film and Audiovisual School from 2012 to 2016. She also has taught in film schools from Caracas and Santiago.

Salvaje Films is a film production company founded in Caracas, during the year 2014 by the director and editor Daniel Paz Mireles and the producer and writer Aura Tampoa Lizardo. They made the short documentary films Ramasaya, Vestalia, Y La Intemperie. 

Since 2018, Salvaje Films has been based in Mexico City and has dedicated itself to content consulting, accompanying documentary projects in development, and fiction and documentary editing. Two of the company's most significant collaborative projects have been: Project Motherhood, directed by Lea Hanzelova & Michal Babinec and La Diosa Quebrada, directed by Ximena Pereira.

Since 2018 she has lived in Mexico City, where she works as an editor of non-fiction series for streaming and TV platforms. She has participated in documentary projects such as: Project Motherhood, La Diosa Quebrada, Para Vivir: Pablo Milanés and the series Cruz Azul - Azul Celeste.

Graduated in Photography and Camera Direction from INSAS, Brussels, Belgium in 2002. He was the director of photography for the Venezuelan part of the documentary “Venían a buscarme” by Alvaro de la Barra. AtlanticDoc Award. He directed the fiction short “Rueda Libre” that won the best short at the Barquisimeto Festival in Venezuela.

The Centro Nacional Autónomo de Cinematografía - CNAC (National Autonomous Center for Cinematography) was created by the Venezuelan State according to the provisions of the National Cinematography Law of 1993, formally beginning its activities on August 1, 1994, replacing the former Cinematographic Promotion Fund ( foncine).

The CNAC is the governing body of the Film and Audiovisual Media Platform, and the main entity responsible for national film activity; we are in charge of managing the cinematographic activity, formulating policies and implementing actions aimed at stimulating, regulating and developing the audiovisual industry in Venezuela.
